Paid media
Paid media is the only channel that can buy you revenue this month. It is also the easiest place in marketing to lie to yourself, because the platform grading your homework is also selling you the inventory.
This is for you if
- You need pipeline on a timeline and have margin to fund it.
- Your cost per lead looks great and your sales team is unhappy.
- Spend is above roughly €20k a month and nobody owns it properly.
- You can tell us what a customer is worth, or let us help you work it out.
This is not for you if
- Your margin cannot survive a customer acquisition cost. No amount of optimisation fixes unit economics.
- You want us to promise a ROAS number in the pitch. Anyone who does is guessing.
- You are spending under €5k a month — at that level our fee is the wrong shape and you should run it in-house.
What is included
The actual work.
Conversion plumbing before campaigns
We will not touch a bidding strategy until the platform is being fed the right signal. Offline conversion imports, server-side tracking, and a definition of 'conversion' that means money.
Account structure that a human can reason about
Fewer campaigns, cleaner segments, deliberate budget caps. Most inherited accounts are archaeology — forty campaigns where six would do.
Creative that is tested, not admired
We run structured creative tests with enough volume to mean something, and we kill our own favourites on the data.
One number, reported monthly
Blended cost per acquired customer against your real revenue, from your source of truth. Platform-reported figures stay visible and stop being decisions.
How it runs
And how long it honestly takes.
- Weeks 1–3
1. Measurement repair
Find out what is actually true. This is where we usually discover the reported ROAS is fiction.
- Weeks 2–6
2. Cut and consolidate
Turn off what has never worked. Savings here often fund the rest of the engagement.
- Weeks 4–10
3. Rebuild and feed
New structure, real conversion signal, controlled scaling.
- Month 3 onward
4. Scale on truth
Push budget into what survives contact with your revenue data.
The honest part
The most common thing we do here is spend less money. That is an awkward pitch for an agency paid a percentage of media, which is why we do not charge that way.
