FAQ

The questions people actually ask.

Including the awkward ones. If yours is not here, write to us — the reply comes from a person, not a sequence.

How long before SEO does anything?

Five months before you see meaningful movement, nine to twelve before it pays. That is the honest range and it does not change because a project is urgent. If you need revenue this quarter, paid media is the answer and we will say so.

Why don't you charge a percentage of ad spend?

Because it pays us more when you spend more, and our most common recommendation is to spend less. One client cut their budget 48% on our advice and doubled their pipeline. Under a percentage model we would have just taken a 48% pay cut for doing our job well.

Can you guarantee rankings or a specific ROAS?

No, and neither can anyone else. Agencies that guarantee rankings either bury weasel words in the contract or target keywords so uncompetitive that ranking for them is worthless. A promised ROAS is a guess dressed up as a commitment.

What happens if it doesn't work?

You leave after the first quarter and owe nothing further — the minimum term is one quarter, then rolling monthly. More usefully: we try to prevent this at the pitch by declining about a third of inbound. If we think your constraint is product, pricing or sales capacity, we will tell you before you sign.

Who owns the accounts and the data?

You do, always. We work in your Google Ads, your GA4, your GTM, your repositories. We never create accounts under our own management umbrella. When an engagement ends you keep everything, documented, and we remove our access within five working days.

Do you work with our in-house team or replace them?

Work with. Most of our best engagements are one senior specialist alongside a client team that knows the business far better than we ever will. If you are looking to outsource the whole function and stop thinking about it, we are the wrong shape.

Will you use AI to write our content?

We use it for research, transcription and first-draft structure. We do not use it to generate publishable copy, because the entire premise of our content practice is that your experts know something the model does not. If you want volume, there are cheaper suppliers and they will serve you better.

Why do you turn down work?

Because taking a retainer we do not believe in costs us more than it earns. A client who churns at month eight with no results is a bad case study, a bad reference and eight months we could have spent on work that compounds. Roughly a third of inbound gets a no.

What size company do you usually work with?

Typically €2M–50M in revenue, with paid budgets above €20k a month if paid is in scope. Below that our fee is the wrong shape and you should hire in-house. Above it you probably want a larger agency with more bodies.

Where are you and what languages do you work in?

We are in Tallinn and work across the Nordics, DACH and the UK. Delivery is in English, German, Swedish and Estonian. We do not take on markets where nobody on the team reads the language — you cannot edit what you cannot read.

How quickly do you reply?

Within one business day, from a person who does the work rather than a sales development representative. There is no nurture sequence. If you write us a paragraph about your problem, you get a paragraph back about whether we can help.

Do you sign NDAs and DPAs?

Yes to both, as standard. We are a GDPR data processor for anything we touch on your behalf, and our data processing agreement is available before you sign anything. We can work under your paper or ours.

Something we did not cover?

Ask it directly. One business day, from whoever would run your account.
